Rebekah is a New York writer who specializes in writing in the education, gardening, health, and natural food niches. She grows and preserves most of her own food on her small farm and is the author of the blog J&R Pierce Family Farm.
Rosa graduated with a master degree in Food Safety from Wageningen University and Research, The Netherlands. Recently, she started a consulting agency to facilitate the improvement of food safety, quality, and sustainability in Indonesia. She looks forward to working together with other organizations and stakeholders to create wider impacts on society. She also enjoys writing about food and her travel experience, combining her favorite activities altogether. In her free time, she can be found at a yoga class, trying out a new recipe, reading a book at a café, or researching for her next travel destination.
Juliana TamayoM.S. in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Sensory Sciences
Juliana has a BA in Journalism and Creative Writing as well as a M.S. in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Sensory Sciences. She has always loved food and health, but in recent years she has been diagnosed with multiple chronic illnesses, all of which inspired her to study nutrition and help others like her. She hopes to one day have her own practice where she can teach patients to eat a more balanced diet without losing their love for food. She loves traveling, trying new foods, and cooking. When she isn’t busy working, you can find her running with her dog Milo or reading a book in the sun.

Fizza completed her graduation in Food and Nutrition and did her Masters in Public Health to expand the scope of her expertise. With an experience of working in renowned hospitals and in private organizations, she has a grip on providing nutrition related consultations to clients.
